Role Description

The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing the different DSA's & get the Secured Loan business from the concern DSA's & Sales Team. He/She will be responsible for creating strategies to achieve sales targets, building & maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree
2. At least 7-10 years of experience in sales (Secured Loans), with at least 4 years of experience in managing a sales team and DSA's
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Experience in the financial services industry (NBFC, Banking) is must
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to travel as needed for business
