Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to manage collections and recovery for LAP and Two-Wheeler Loan portfolios. The candidate will be responsible for overdue (OD) follow-ups, collection agency coordination, delinquency control, and achieving collection targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in collections and recovery in an NBFC or banking sector.
- Experience in LAP and Vehicle Loan collections preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OD follow-ups, delinquency management, and recovery processes.
- Experience in handling collection agencies and field collection teams.
- Good communication, negotiation, team management, and MIS reporting skills.
